Client Introduction: A Singapore based bespoke consulting and research firm that works primarily with institutional clients comprising of asset managers (such as family offices, endowments, proprietary trading firms, pension funds), sell-side participants, exchanges, clearing houses, market infrastructure providers and regulators - helping them build new businesses, launch new product lines, design asset management strategies and risk management solutions.
It also partners with Exchanges, Clearing Houses, Futures Commission Merchants (FCMs), Price Reporting Agencies (PRAs) and leading Universities.

Job Role: Commodities Quant Research Analyst.

Challenge: The Client having their base location at Singapore, were facing a major challenge in finding the right Talent match for their Bangalore office. The Skill being niche and resources being limited were the major draw backs to get a right fit within the specified time.

How Talentfleet Helped: We deployed our Finance centered Sr resource from our Talent Acquisition & Management (TAM) team, who had experience in handling similar challenging requirements.
Having premium access to various job portals and also having established a pool of high-skill profile database that we have painstakingly built over a multi-year period, we identified potential candidate and taking multiple round of internal interviews. The shortlisted profiles forwarded directly to the Founder, who was in regular discussion with our sourcing team, leading to better traction and quicker dicsussions.
Since the role requirement was niche, we had to dig-deep across our internal data pool, LinkedIn connects and even Naukri hot-pools. Along with a dedicated set of team to work on the mandate and a panel to further screen the short listed profiles we made best possible efforts to get the right mix of matching profiles.

Result: We closed this highly critical & niche position within 6 weeks of Client connect. The interview schedules included initial round of internal screeings, followed by the Client's Founder round, that was scheduled based on availability. Mutiple Call schedules & dedicated what’sapp groups and mail communication enabled smooth data exchange and quicker decision making.

Success: The client was extremely happy with our service and is in regular touch with us for subsequent hiring needs.
