Job Role: Sr Executive - Finance

Challenge: Client was facing a major challenge in getting a right fit as they wanted strong key skills along with cultural fitment of potential candidates.

How Talentfleet  Helped: We deployed our experienced recruiter who has a keen eye on selecting the apt candidates. This client being in manufacturing sector had multiple rounds of interviews, we got a direct connect of team for which the candidate was needed. Client SPOC was highly engaged with the profile and interview feedback loop.
We set up regular calls with the Client SPOC to discuss the status of candidate. Round 1 was scheduled and conducted within 24 hours of the profile being shortlisted. In addition, our team was in regular touch with the candidates and made sure to keep them warm.
We made sure to have healthy pipeline of relevant profiles for the client and also set-up a back-up set of Profiles ready at our end to avoid any sort of delays.

Result: Since we followed a strict timeline, we could close this position well within 2 sets of profile share to Client.

Success: The client has continued to share new requirements to us.
