Role and Responsibilities
- Advisory on structuring / setting up of entities in India & outside India.
- Entity re-structuring based on the needs of the promoters.
- Regulations based research & opinion assignments.
- Price discovery / Statute based valuation assignments.
- Due diligences for the purpose of M&A / fund raise transactions.
- Transaction support services in case of M&A / fund raise events.
- Restructuring of Family group businesses.
- Advisory & setting up of Family trusts.
- Advising tax & process efficient tax structures in relation to various transactions,
such as:
a. Share transfers.
b. M&A.
c. Sale of immovable properties.
d. Joint Development agreements.
e. Exit of a Promoter / investors.
f. Closure of companies.
Qualifications:
The candidate may be a qualified Chartered Accountant preferably 1-2 years of working experience.
Skills:
- Candidates working in consulting divisions in other firms, looking for growth
opportunities would be best fit. - The candidate should have service oriented, Go-getter, solution seeker mindset.
- Require knowledge on the following statutes:
a. Income tax laws
b. Companies Act
c. FEMA
d. General knowledge on other matters
i. GST
ii. Labour laws
iii. Other applicable business laws
