Role and Responsibilities
- Support the Founder in implementing the organisations vision through direct oversight and execution of strategic projects.
- Lead and manage high-stakes client responses, including complex proposals and escalations.
- Design, implement, and monitor quality review frameworks, lead generation models, and risk management policies.
- Conduct research and evaluate new tools and technologies (AI, automation, cybersecurity) for firm-wide adoption.
- Drive business development initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, and strategic alliances.
- Draft guidance notes, manuals, internal models, and presentations for institutional contributions.
- Provide executive decision support and analytical insights for high-priority issues.
- Facilitate cross-team coordination to harmonise initiatives and avoid duplication.
- Maintain and uphold the Founders ethics, values, and vision in all activities.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2-3 years of post- qualification experience (preferably in consulting, advisory, or strategic roles).
Skills:
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated experience in cross-functional project management.
- Exposure to technology adoption, business development, or M&A is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- High degree of integrity, discretion, and alignment with the Founders values.
- Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working in an unstructured, fast-paced environment.
