Role and Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise daily operations of accounts and finances.
  • Handle bookkeeping tasks including expense accounts, accounts receivables, payables, cash receipts, general ledger, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, MIS, expenditure forecasting, capital assets reconciliations, fixed asset register, and debt tracking.
  • Ensure statutory compliances including PF, TDS, GST, etc.
  • Enforce adherence to methods, processes, and policies within the team.
  • Manage MCA compliances for LLP Partnership firms.
  • Maintain proper documentation, backups, and recording of bank transactions.
  • Conduct monthly closing of books of accounts and timely publishing of financial results.
  • Generate regular reports such as account reconciliations, MIS, audited financials, and variance analysis.
  • Manage financial affairs of select group companies.
  • Commercial negotiations with vendors.
  • Liaise with statutory auditors.
  • Relieve the CEO of finance-related day to day tasks.
Qualifications:
  • CA qualification preferred, CA Inter desirable, commerce graduate minimum.
  • 5-8 years experience.
Skills:
  • Excellent communication, people management, and coordination skills.
  • Previous experience in a business accounts/finance role.
  • Strong team handling and motivating abilities.
  • Proficiency in accounting standards (IND AS) and software including Microsoft Excel, Tally, QuickBooks (desirable), and Sales Force (desirable).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion on sensitive matters.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and proficiency in numerical analysis.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in handling compliance responsibilities and payroll issues.
  • Strong grasp of P&L, balance sheet concepts, and cash-flow management.

  • Be able to work remotely with business units spread across 2 cities - Bangalore and Pune.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and high sense of ownership.
