Our client is designed to leverage the digital boom in India and the mass access to smartphones and internet. Led by enthusiastic and enterprising 3rd generation entrepreneurs Siddhant Agarwal & Aparesh Agarwal - Our client is a new-age online retailer that aims to build a strong eCommerce business. They will leverage its capabilities to facilitate seamless services to manufacturers and suppliers by onboarding them and helping them grow in the e-commerce space. It will utilize sophisticated tools to manage operations. They are envisions to have 1000+ brands under its portfolio and will be managing over lakhs of SKUs in the near future.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide required inputs to stakeholders to manage vendor feedbacks
- Co-ordinate with sellers/vendors & internal teams for Catalog creation, product imaging, catalog edits and all catalog related activities, follow-up on POs, delivery, and any sort of trouble-shooting
- Document processes & regularly update existing SOPs
- Review & suggest SOP changes required if any to the team
- Handle various sets of daily, weekly and monthly business reports
- Onboard new processes if required as per the business needs
- Report preparations and tracker sharing
- Interact with vendors/stakeholders for process setup/clearing blockers in process.
- Flag possible escalation, dive deep to recommend and implement corrective actions.
- Be part of stakeholder's calls to raise challenges, lead, and document conference discussions.
- Audit tasks assigned to junior associates and report quality metrics.
- Train new staff and give feedback to the training team/manager
- Understand the processes across teams & work towards improving the same along with process experts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 3-6 years of experience.
Skills:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- MS Excel proficiency - ability to mine voluminous data for specific detail.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Excellent data accuracy skills, eye for detail, and commitment to meet deadlines.
