Role and Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of accountants, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment, encouraging professional development and continuous improvement.
- Functional Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day financial operations, including general accounting and accounts payable.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies.
- Coordinate and manage external audits, ensuring timely completion and compliance with audit requirements.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and regulatory requirements and implement necessary changes to ensure compliance.
- Establish and maintain strong internal control processes to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial records.
- Conduct periodic reviews to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and implement improvements as necessary.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance accounting processes and systems to improve efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities for automation and leverage technology to streamline workflows and enhance reporting capabilities.
- Ensure timely reporting of financial information and management reports including monthly presentations.
Qualifications:
- CA with experience of 3 years

- Consulting & Research Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate financial data into meaningful insights and recommendations.
- Advanced proficiency in financial management systems and software (MS Office, any ERP systems)
