Role and Responsibilities
  • Coordination with internal team.
  • Coordination with partners to get invoice on time.
  • Validate the invoices with admin data.
  • Manage the fresh desk tool.
  • Email follow ups.
  • Prepare the data for monthly, weekly meetings based on the invoice calculation.
  • Good Excel Knowledge to complete validation, to manage the daily update on excel.
Qualifications:
  • Any graduate.
  • 1-2 years experience.
Skills:
  • Good Excel Knowledge to complete validation, to manage the daily update on excel.
Additional Notes

  • Good communication is a plus.
