Role and Responsibilities
- Responsible for addressing partner issues and maintaining the partner tracking databases.
- Serves as a resource to Partner Network manager for contracting and provider setup questions/issues.
- Serves as a resource to Partner operations manager for ensuring timely receipt and imports of customer reports.
- Ensures package activation across partner network to ensure smooth service to the customers.
- Ensures appointment confirmation across partner network for the customers.
- Responsible for updating the provider contract database with new information or modifications.
- Ensure escalations related to partners are resolved within established timeframes.
- Responsible to answer provider calls and resolve questions/issues.
Qualifications:
- Any graduation.
- 5 to 8 years experience.
Skills:
- Strong relationship building and management utilizing a variety of modalities (in-person, email, phone, video conferencing, etc.)
- Customer service excellence.
- Computer - MS office applications, internet and web search etc.
- Ability to work independently and self-directed in a professional environment.
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently under tight deadlines, high volumes and multiple interruptions.
- Ability to read and compose business correspondence and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- The ability to learn new technology, tools, processes, procedures, content knowledge, etc.
Additional Notes
Preferably in Healthcare, Preventive industry.
