Role and Responsibilities
- Creating a Network of Healthcare providers for client servicing.
- Creating strategies for improvement provider network to improve cost efficiency.
- Actively work on Product Development- Corporate Wellness Program by identifying various healthcare providers having new offering and integrating it as a complete corporate offering.
- Preparing RFP for new business acquisition & wellness programs.
- Analytical reports for Corporate programs.
- Developing contracting strategy based on current market trends & aligning incentives between providers and Company.
- Monitoring the provider network to identify contracting needs and opportunities to achieve efficiencies & thereby reducing cost.
- Advising senior leadership regarding emerging trends and methodologies in managed care contracting and legal issues.
- Establishing a network of Healthcare Providers, Provider Network management such as Empanelment.
- Heading Grievance Redressal department on regional level.
Qualifications:
- Any graduate.
- 5+ years of experience.
Skills:
- Empanelment: Empanelling the top healthcare partners across India and ensuring a
great relationship with all the partners. - Merchandising: Manage products, pricing and merchandizing at Partner Locations. Negotiating the best rates with the partners and creating products for merchandising on the consumer website to suit customer requirements.
- Legal: Creating agreements & engagement letters with the partners for various healthcare services. Oversee and validate partner contractual relationships.
- Data management: Analysing and tracking Provider capability; centre status changes, etc.
- Quality Audits: Development of auditing tools that provide for status and quality review of Partners.
- Training: Define and Conduct centre-based or one-on-one employee training at the provider premises, as and when needed.
- Communication: Lead in development of communication materials to External Partners. Demonstrate professional communication and representation in all business relationships.
