Role and Responsibilities
- Oversee bookkeeping, financial reporting, and FP&A for a diverse client portfolio, primarily India-based.
- Conduct thorough reviews of executive-led bookkeeping and reporting to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Drive timely month-end closures and reporting procedures.
- Lead a team of 2-3 executives in executing bookkeeping and reporting tasks.
- Act as the primary liaison with clients, taking full ownership of financial reporting
responsibilities. - Offer strategic financial insights to enhance client's financial performance.
Qualifications:
- 2 to 4 years in accounting and reporting (preferably CA intermediate+)
Skills:
- Sound understanding of accounting & taxation
- Have burning desire & ability to learn, unlearn & relearn
- Inclination towards tech. i.e, using new-age software and tools
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Passionate to learn and solve complex problems.
Additional Notes
- Communication has to be good as they will be dealing with US clients
