Role and Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day payroll activities.
  • Error free payroll processing
  • Interaction with Sales and business development teams for incentives and commission payouts
  • Ensure monthly, quarterly, and yearly payroll related compliance through ADP.
  • Maintain employee master and payroll records.
  • Resolve issues, escalations (internal and external), and answer payroll-related questions.
  • Benefits Management, Reconciliations and ensure the refund is received for all terminated employees.
  • Reconciliation and validation of balances on W2, T4 and 1099 and ensure they are generated on time by the payroll agency. Reconciliations of annual and pretax deductions limits
  • Closely working with ADP, employees, business development teams, finance, external govt. agencies and other stakeholders
  • Monthly payroll reconciliations, reporting and coordinate with accounts team to pass payroll entries. Understanding payroll JEs, G/L mapping, etc on ADP, Quick Books or any other platform as an additional will be helpful.
  • Researching, analyzing, and taking necessary action on the pay run, Garnishment, and payroll reports
  • Validate employee data, direct deposit information, State and local codes are set up in payroll systems for each pay cycle.
  • Coordinate with auditors and close the audits for Workers’ compensation, form 5500 filings and the annual payroll audit.
  • Providing data to finance for all audits from time to time and resolving queries regarding the same.
  • Experience of Payroll and HCM implementation will be a plus point.

Additional Notes

  • Any graduate with relevant experience, accounts graduate preferred.
