Our Client is a leading India-focused technology venture capital fund. The funds advised by them in India Advisors collectively have over $700 M under mgmt and 80+ companies across Consumer Media & Tech, Cloud/Software, Health-tech and Fin-tech
Role and Responsibilities
- Keep pace with Gift city requirements and compliances to the regulations therein, implement them in fund and manager entities.
- Comply with all the regulations without exception.
- Represent the fund with regulators and investors in a systematic manner.
- Interact with policy makers and participate in the Gift city policy making exercise.
- Work with a team and report to Indian compliance officer.
- Maintain proper documentation for all activities undertaken at Gift city.
- Coordinate with trustees, custodians, bankers, regulators for all approvals and transactions
- Process the investor onboarding, compliance with KYC from AML policy under PMLA regulations.
- Fund structure understanding and design to make it best benchmarked
- Understand the fund administration and management.
Qualifications:
- CA with 3 years of experience

- Need to have a compliance bent of mind
