A scientific approach to provide infinite solutions for hair, skin and body under the guidance of board certified Aesthetic Clinicians and Surgeons, well trained internationally in cosmetic procedures.
Role and Responsibilities
- Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and electronic medical records systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with patients, staff, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling patient information and administrative tasks.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures preferred but not required.
- Ability to maintain professionalism in stressful situations.
- Preferred languages: English & Kannada (Mandatory), If other languages (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam) also are known will be appreciated.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1 year experience.
Skills:
- Greet patients and visitors with smile in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries, providing accurate information and assistance as needed.
- Schedule appointments for patients, ensuring efficient utilization of clinic resources and timely follow-up.
- Verify patient information and collect payments as necessary.
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Coordinate with OT staff to ensure seamless patient flow and timely service.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.
- Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Respond to patient inquiries and resolve complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other team members to uphold clinic policies and procedures and promote a positive work environment.
- Attending & engaging clinical procedures when required. (Clinical procedures will be taught by the Doctor).
