Role and Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage entire financial and accounting activities of multiple clients across various industries.
- Direct teams to develop and implement financial policies, SOPs, internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and optimize financial operations.
- Direct teams in preparation of timely and accurate MIS.
- Guide the team in developing and implementing robust financial analysis, variance analysis, risks and opportunities.
- Guide the team in developing budgeting, forecasting process & working capital management.
- Provide guidance and support to the finance team.
- Maintain excellent relationships with clients.
- Should be able to assess and foresee problems and develop plans to mitigate.
- Collaborate with senior management and provide strategic insights into the business.
Qualifications:
- CA, CMA, MBA(Finance) from a reputed Institute.
- 10+ years experience.
Skills:
- Experience in handling large teams.
- Knowledge in BI tools, Reporting, GAAP, Direct Taxes and Indirect Taxes.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong multi-tasking abilities.
Additional Notes
Good analytical skill is preferred.
