Role and Responsibilities
  • Accounting Principles: Possess a basic understanding of Generally Accepted
    Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Independence: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally.
  • Financial Entries: Complete daily invoicing entries, manage month and year-end
    processes, and handle accounts payable & receivable, receipts & payments, general ledger, payroll and utilities, bank transactions, various reconciliations, and fixed asset activities.
  • Software Utilization: Utilize accounting software and systems to perform financial
    tasks and contribute to improving business processes and systems.
  • Industry Updates: Stay updated with industry developments and best practices
    related to ERP software and tools.
  • Support: Assist Business Head and Managers with any related tasks.
  • Documentation: Maintain proper document record-keeping and accounting systems. Handle day-to-day functioning of client business operations.
  • ERP Exposure: Exposure to ERP tools like Odoo.
Qualifications:
  • BBA, MBA, BCOM- Any university Degree- commerce.
  • 1-3 yrs.
Skills:
  • Knowledge of accounting, taxation, bills receivables & payables, Sales Order
    and Quotation.

  • Communication has be above Average as candidate needs to interact through emails/calls occasionally.
