Role and Responsibilities
- Balance Sheet and MIS Reports: Prepare accurate and timely Balance Sheets. Generate Monthly/Quarterly/Annual MIS reports to aid in strategic decision-making.
- Fixed Assets (FA) Process: Manage the Fixed Assets process, including capitalization, depreciation, and disposals. Maintain accurate and up-to-date FA registers.
- Advance Income Tax Liability: Calculate and manage advance income tax liabilities.
Ensure timely payment and compliance with relevant tax regulations. - SAP Expertise: Utilize SAP for financial reporting and analysis. Ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting through SAP.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of 2 to 3 members. Provide guidance, training, and support to team members. Conduct performance evaluations and foster a collaborative work environment.
- GST Compliance: Understand and apply GST rules and regulations. Compute GST liabilities accurately and ensure compliance with all statutory requirements.
- Auditor Liaison: Coordinate and handle internal and external auditors. Ensure all necessary documentation and information is available for audits. Implement audit recommendations and ensure compliance with audit standards.
Qualifications:
- CA with 2 to 3 Years Experience
Skills:
- Balance Sheet, Fixed Assets (FA) Process and MIS Reports.
- Advance Income Tax Liability.
- SAP.
- GST Compliance.
Additional Notes
- Manufacturing experience is mandatory.
- If the person has worked for a smaller company and handled all the areas of accounting that would be preferable.
- Location in Bommasandra and working days are 5 and a half days a week.
- Need someone with a strong accounting/costing background. Banking knowledge is an added advantage but not mandatory.
