Role and Responsibilities
- Understand the company's strategic goals and competitive position and establish the same with corporate accounts in pan India.
- Partner closely with cross functional teams like Operations and Account Management to define the work required to successfully deliver and realize an error free and reliable outcome.
- Drive and have a passion for customer, consumer engagement, customer relations and ongoing improvements in the relationships/engagement. Learn quickly and define delighting factors/metrics that will make Healthi an indispensable service.
- Understand and update Competitive landscape, Customer satisfaction, Customer
segments, Industry reports and trends. - Is relentless in acquiring new business and corporate relationships.
- Strong planning acumen and self-starter that clearly prioritizes against every delivery goal and manages the overall reliability in the service delivery. Balances long-term vs. short-term objectives.
- Meticulous and detail-oriented approach with impressive written and verbal
communications skills. - Ability to cope up with changes, take key decisions on time and drive activities in the organization to meet important windows of opportunity in the industry.
- Willingness to travel on work as required.
Qualifications:
- Any graduate.
- 3-6 years.
Skills:
- Responsible for direct sales of preventive health solutions to corporate clients & drive sales revenue.
- Work independently to develop new leads and convert qualified leads.
- Constantly work on the sales funnel to achieve monthly / quarterly targets.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key corporate clients.
