CLIENT PROFILE

Our Client is a movement born on account of the necessity for providing a level playing field in logistics by reaching the unreached. Their vision is to create a pan India last mile delivery network covering 25000 pin codes by leveraging the existing economic assets such as the brick and mortar retailer and the digital India platform by engaging in a robust mobile-first technology.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Overall handling of HR and Admin teams.
  • Developing and executing Human Resource Strategy for the Organisation which encompasses recruitment, hiring, developing and retaining employees.
  • Evaluate and run Training and Development programs.
  • Develop and implement HR & Admin policies for all offices and branches of the Organisation.
  • Ensuring all Statutory Compliances pertaining to HR & Admin team like PF, ESIC, PT, Shops and Establishment Act, Trade Licence, FSSAI Licence etc.
  • Handling various Audits
  • Monitoring of Actual HR & Admin expenses against Budget and taking corrective actions wherever required.
  • Overall control over all branches in terms of their infrastructure requirements.

 

Qualifications:
  • MBA having HR as specialization 
  • 15 yrs- out of which, 2 yrs should be in a Leadership Role
Skills:
  • Leadership Skills, Team Handling, Statutory Compliances, Multi branch experience preferably having logistic/distribution experience
Additional Notes

  • Prefer candidates from the Logistics industry
