Role and Responsibilities
  • Schedule and confirm customer appointments with partners, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Manage inbound customer calls promptly and efficiently.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide clear and concise information to customers regarding packages, services, and processes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (CS, Network, ACM) and external partners to address customer concerns.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and system information.
  • Minimize rescheduling and effectively handle reschedule cases.
  • Collaborate with the CS team for issue resolution and escalation management.
  • Conduct thorough root cause analysis (RCA) to identify process gaps and implement improvements.
  • Submit required reports on time, ensuring accurate data and timely delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to streamline processes and resolve issues.
  • Confirm package activations with partners.
Qualifications:
  • Any graduate.
  • At least 1 to 2 years of relevant frontline service operating experience/partner operations experience.
Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and partners.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Should have Healthcare background.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
