Role and Responsibilities
- Schedule and confirm customer appointments with partners, ensuring smooth execution.
- Manage inbound customer calls promptly and efficiently.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
- Provide clear and concise information to customers regarding packages, services, and processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams (CS, Network, ACM) and external partners to address customer concerns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and system information.
- Minimize rescheduling and effectively handle reschedule cases.
- Collaborate with the CS team for issue resolution and escalation management.
- Conduct thorough root cause analysis (RCA) to identify process gaps and implement improvements.
- Submit required reports on time, ensuring accurate data and timely delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to streamline processes and resolve issues.
- Confirm package activations with partners.
Qualifications:
- Any graduate.
- At least 1 to 2 years of relevant frontline service operating experience/partner operations experience.
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and partners.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Should have Healthcare background.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
