CLIENT PROFILE

With a capacity to convert 15,000 tons of steel into springs each year; They are the "Number 1" spring maker of high quality springs in India. Established in 1960, It was the first spring manufacturing unit in the sub continent.
Role and Responsibilities
- Overseeing the MIS of 5 legal entities (combined turnover of 350 Cr) and ensuring that they are reported on the 1 st of every month (1 st cut P&L) and by the 8 th (Final Cut P&L)
- Interaction with the Statutory Auditors and closure of audits
- Adhoc Analysis for Management when required
- Driving the Cost Control Initiatives
- Overseeing the Banking Operations for the legal entities
Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant with 1o-15 years of experience
- Manufacturing Experience is mandatory
- SAP Knowledge is a must
- Prior experience in handling statutory audits & Tax Audits
- Should be reasonably skilled in Excel
Skills:
- Clear Communication Skills
- Executive presence and confidence while presenting to Management
- Should have prior experience in managing a team
- Should be self driven with minimal supervision
- Positive attitude with an eagerness to learn and simplify processes
Additional Notes
- Manufacturing experience and SAP knowledge is Mandatory
