Role and Responsibilities
- Hands on experience in Financial Due Diligence reviews
- Create presentations/pitch decks for clients based on discussions with them & obtaining a business understanding.
- Conduct industry specific research to understand demand, growth and key metrics in public domain.
- Expertise in Accounting.
- Interpret financial data to recognize changing trends, patterns, and their meaning related to key performance indicators.
- Create financial projections with appropriate assumptions for companies based on information collected.
- Preparing competitive analysis and benchmarking based on various parameters
- Assist in conducting business valuation and prepare valuation reports.
Qualifications:
- Semi qualified CA with 2 - 3 yrs of experience.
- Qualified CA with 2 yrs of experience.
Skills:
- Expertise in Accounting.
- Financial Due Diligence.
