Role and Responsibilities
- Proven track record in leading Order to Cash domain with minimum 7 - 10 years of experience.
- Good functional knowledge of Billing System interfaces with ERP & Payment Gateway interfaces
- Expertise in the area of Revenue Recognition / Accounting, & debtors/collection Management
- Expertise in defining process / preparing SOPs/ building system to reconcile large transactional volumes.
- Proven track record of driving automation and delivering efficiencies.
- Drive operational efficiency, quick resolution and ensure business support.
- Strong stake holder management skills with internal & external customers and ensure timely resolution of disputes.
- Driving month /quarter /year end closing activities. Monthly Cash burn and flash reporting
- Supporting for statutory & internal audits
- Must have problem solving, analytical & excellent communication skills.
- Great people manager and should be able to build teams & act as a mentor.
- Should be able to identify and drive continuous process improvements to enhance financial controls and productivity.
- Develop the accounting flow/ process/ control for the new business model/ initiatives.
- Ensuring bank reconciliation of collection accounts on daily/weekly basis
Qualifications:
- Qualification - CA/ ICWA/ MBA Finance
- 7 -10 years of relevant experience
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Prior experience in automation / ERP migration would be addon.
- Ability to work in fast paced environment and strong stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, and multi-tasking skills
- Personality: High Energy, go-getter, and proactive personality.
- Should be a self- starter and should be able to work independently, take end-to-end responsibility and accountability for results.
