Role and Responsibilities
- Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis to support business
decisions, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and financial modeling. - Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and
periodic forecasts, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. - Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor financial performance against budgets and
forecasts, identifying areas of improvement and potential risks. - Strategic Planning: Support strategic planning initiatives by providing financial
insights and analysis. - Cost Management: Analyze and manage costs to improve profitability and
efficiency. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to gather
financial data and provide financial guidance. - Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant (CA), CA Inter, MBA, ICWA or equivalent.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the software industry.
Skills:
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Knowledge of the software industry and its financial dynamics.
- Advanced Excel skills, including macros and VBA.
