Role and Responsibilities
- Inventory Management - Inward, Outward, Invoicing, reconciliation between SVO software to Tally. Coordination with Supply change Management team and Ops team.
- Employees Travel Claim Management - Documents collection, payment disbursement, accounting in the books and reconciliations.
- Documentation- Finance related documents to be save in tally for the all the vouchers created in books account.
- Accounts Payables - Invoice and payments accounting in books of account , Payment disbursements in bank portal, BRS and Vendor reconciliations.
- Support for all type of Audit, MIS and Statutory Compliance.
