Role and Responsibilities
- Transaction Advisory - Includes due diligences, transfer of shares, issuance of shares, company incorporation, etc.
- Retainership - Conducting meetings, covers filing of all applicable forms and compliances.
- Special projects - Such as registering trademarks, drafting ESOP policies, and handling mergers & acquisitions.
Qualifications:
- CS
- Fresher
- An Experience in PCS/Law firms.
Skills:
- An entrepreneurial mind-set, strong business judgement and consultative approach while advising stakeholders at every business decision.
- An eye for detail, good numerical, organizational and time management skills.
