CLIENT PROFILE
Our client establishes patient access in a rapidly evolving, evidence-based, and value-conscious health policy environment. Their projects deliver strategic and tactical plans and often include design and execution of evidence studies, development and training on communication tools and participation or leadership of negotiations with regulator, payer, and institutional decision-makers to enable patient access.
Role and Responsibilities
- Responsibility and SPOC for Audits: - Statutory Audits of India (IGAAP) and Mauritius (IFRS) Funds - Private Placement Memorandum (PPM) Audits - Tax Audit of one entity - Anti Money Laundering Audit of Mauritius: Liasoning along with the Mauritius Fund Administrator
- Investor relations: - Quarterly Investor Memos, Responding to Investor Audit Requests and ensuring compliance with Investor Agreements - Reviewing Capital Call Letters and Unit Allotment Letters prepared by the Team
- Compliances and Regulatory Reporting: - SEBI, GST, Income Tax, RBI, FEMA and ROC - Being abreast of recent changes in funds related laws especially SEBI - US IRS and SEC Filings (K-1s, Form ADV and Form D): Liasoning with Service Provider - Liaison with tax firms for tax cases, if they arise
- Internal Finance and Reporting to Management: - Performance Models of Funds to capture Fund Metrics - Budgeting and MIS - Cash Flow Management - Vendors management
- Driving improvements with respect to documentation, processes and controls
- Assistance in preparing presentations for management and investors
- SPOC for banking relationships and transactions
Qualifications:
- CA/CS with post qualification experience of minimum 5 years.
- Prior experience in Fund Accounting/VC Industry preferred.
Skills:
- Must have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Quick learner.
- Ability to lead and prioritize.
