Role and Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the talent acquisition team, setting clear goals and performance metrics.
- Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to meet the company's hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business objectives and workforce requirements.
- Implement best practices and innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates.
- Analyze recruitment data and metrics to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Foster a positive candidate experience and ensure a smooth hiring process.

Proven track record in talent acquisition leadership and strategic recruitment.
Qualifications:
- MBA with minimum of 12 - 15 years of experience
Skills:
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Expertise in recruiting technologies and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
