Their projects deliver strategic and tactical plans and often include design and execution of evidence studies, development and training on communication tools and participation or leadership of negotiations with regulator, payer, and institutional decision-makers to enable patient access.
Role and Responsibilities
- Advanced level understanding of Corporate Laws
- High level of documentation standards and able to drive organisation towards achieving efficiency in documentation management
- Working level understanding of FEMA, PMLA, RBI regulations, Accounting and Taxation
- Liasoning with Bankers, Lawyers and CS Auditors
- Must have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Quick learner
- Aptitude to read and comprehend compliance related documents and notifications/circulars
Qualifications:
- CS with post qualification experience of minimum 3 years.
Skills:
- Ability to lead and prioritise
- Eye for detail
