Role and Responsibilities
  • Generate and maintain task plan and create metrics to be reviewed at each task
    milestone
  • Analyse materials and personnel needs prior to the onset of each task or job
    assignment.
  • Maintain and update all digital and hard copy client (internal and external) contract
    files- Documentation to outsource the contractors, Contractor resource tracking/System management
  • Establish a safe working environment for team members based on company policies and work with empathy and solution mindset.
  • Negotiate contract/rates with customers before, during and after each project
  • Support firm level events and the admin team as and when it is planned.
  • PR creation in the tool
  • General documentation work
  • Procurement support (IT and Non IT)
  • Items transportation management
  • Asset inventory management for team
  • Process helps for new hiring
  • Meeting arrange/Guest management
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related is recommended with a past experience in Admin with 3-6 years is preferred.
Skills:
  • Experience with high-level CRM software preferred/ excellent hands-on experience
    on MS EXCEL is a must.
  • Travel and contract management experience is preferred along with administrative
    experience.
  • Ability to maintain work flow in a fast-paced environment (agility, drive and integrity)
  • Willing to work with all levels of internal management is key
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
  • Offer to support 24/7 if need arises.
Additional Notes

  • The Admin executive will be responsible for handling the internal and external stakeholder requirement taking the initiative to understand the needs, making sure to facilitate task completion and act as the liaison between the internal team and external stakeholders.
