CLIENT PROFILE
Our Client is a growing CA firm specializing in accounting, tax, and compliance services for Indian and international clients. We are looking for an experienced professional to lead our accounting team and oversee compliance for outsourced clients.
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the accounting team, ensuring quality and efficiency in service delivery.
- Oversee end-to-end accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting for clients.
- Ensure timely compliance with tax and regulatory requirements (GST, TDS, ROC, etc.).
- Streamline processes and implement automation for better efficiency by closely working with technology team
- Provide strategic inputs on financial and compliance matters.
- Work closely with existing partners on firm growth initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Qualified CA with 3+ years of experience in accounting and compliance.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of Indian tax laws, corporate compliance, and accounting principles.
- Experience in managing teams and handling outsourced accounting clients.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books).
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to contribute to firm growth.
