Role and Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage and guide the Accounts team.
  • Ensure accurate and timely Accounting entries, Bookkeeping and actions on Tally.
  • Ensure accurate timely generation of Customer invoices 
  • Ensure accuracy and  on time processing of Payments, Branch expenses Employee travel/advance /tour.  
  • Timely Follow up for Payments/Accounts Receivables.
  • Communicate with Auditors for Taxation, Returns,  GST, etc.
  • Maintain accurate Stock related information and stock statement Timely payment for Import Purchases.
  • Generate Accounts Receivable Ageing Reports  and other Reports for Management wrt Payments, Stocks, Expenses, etc.
  • Liasion with Banks.
Qualifications:
  • BCom/Mcom/CA inter with 7+yrs of experience
Skills:
  • Accurate Accounting entries in the system.
  • Timely generation of Invoices.
  • Timely collection of Account Receivables, Payments.
  • Timely payments to Vendors, Principals, etc.
  • Up to date documentation and filing wrt purchases, ARs, etc.
  • Monitor Team performance
  • Working on Zoho , Accounting Software packages, Taxation, GST, etc.
Additional Notes

  • Strong knowledge of Accounting practices and procedures.
  • Attention to details.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Good with numbers and calculations
